Step 3 is all about understanding yourself, and putting together a plan that will help YOU make it to the next level. Each person’s plan should be tailored to their strengths, weaknesses, and needs. There is no cookie cutter plan, which is why you are the best person to take charge of your recruiting process. No one knows what you want and need better than you do, and we will help you every step of the way.
In addition to the articles in ‘Read This’, you’ll want to start looking at how you can continue to improve over the long-run. This means that as you learn more and find the best way to develop and succeed, your personal recruiting plan will continue to evolve.
